Install the Chrome extension, open Extension options, and choose Connect monday account.

2. Add guidance
Optionally add your role, audience, and Instructions / Skill. Administrators can set shared account guidance.
3. Improve an update
Open an item, write a rough update, select DOD, review the result, then publish with monday's Update button.
Mobile companion
In the native monday mobile app, open an item and select the Improve update Item View. It produces copyable text; it never posts an update for you.
Troubleshooting
- If DOD is not visible, refresh the monday item after installing or updating the extension.
- If connection fails, open Extension options and reconnect your monday account.
- If a user cannot connect, confirm that they belong to the authorized monday account.
